Managed Care Network took 1st place in the Cat. A team series, edging out Tom's Pro Bike/Plan2Peak by 36 points.

Congratulations to The Bike Shop for an impressive season. The team basically grabbed the lead in the "B" team series and never looked back.

The Managed Care Network team closed out 2009 by finishing first place in the BBC "A" Team Series, led by Steve Forrestel, who finished third in the Cat. "A" Individual Race Series.  MCN also secured second place in the BBC "B" Team Series thanks in part to this week's featured member, Jose Felipe Alvergue, who won the last race of 2009 at East Arcade.

Thanks go out to Frank Mesi and his team for sponsoring and running the track series. Only 2 weeks of track left, so if you have not yet been out there, give it a go and see how it can help improve your speed.

The Bike Shop would like to thank everyone who came out to race in the !st annual ReCycle Time Trial and say congratulations to all of the winners.

The Bike Shop was well represented at Hamburg Race Weekend, and had one winner as Vince Lorenz won the Cat 4/5 Criterium.

Warp 9 finally raced in their new team kits at Rice Hill last weekend. There was a green jersey in the 6th place spot in both the A and B races.

The former Wachovia Cycling Team is now Wells Fargo Advisors.

This week Managed Care Network's A team grabbed the Series lead with an all around solid performance while their B team is nipping at the heels of the Bike Shop in the B series just 144 points out of the lead. Check out the team page and athlete Bios.

The Bike Shop B team has won the first two road races of 2009 (Craig Polston and Vince Lorenz) to take a commanding lead in the B series standings.

Managed Care Network and Peak Power Endurance Coaching have taken over as title sponsors of the past Job One Enterprise/Managed Care Network team.

Tom's Pro Bike won last year's B Series and this year aims to defend its title against the BBC's B Teams in 2009.
