Frank Mesi of French Meadow, Cycling Logic brings home medals from Masters Track Nationals. Frank picked up two 5th place medals in the 2000m and 500m Individual Time Trial. Frank is now ranked number one in NYS. Congratulations Frank we are very proud of you.
